3. When paid, wait 10 seconds, the system will guide you back to website. Along with the display of your booking is completed.
When you make a successful payment, the boat ticket will be mailed by email automatically.

Yes, you can change the route as long as it is within 48 hours notice period (before departure time). The booking change fee is 500 Thai baht (or your currency equivalent) per booking. if your new trip price is higher, we will first ask you to pay difference before the changed booking can be processed and confirmed. We accept ferry reservation cancellations provided you give us at least 48 hours notice and you may be refunded the full price minus the transaction fee of 500 baht. We try to help customers as much as we can, however we cannot refund if you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.
